Use kettlebells to elevate fitness to another level:
Kettlebells are a great way to improve all aspects of fitness, mobility, strength, flexibility, coordination.... and what's more is they are a lot of fun to train with. Mark has been training with and teaching kettlebells for several years now and is adept at integrating them into suitable training programs, so you can get the best out of them. While fitness sessions will use kettlebells, they are not exclusively kettlebell only sessions.
Option of 121 martial arts training for fitness:
Martial artists are some of the fittest people around, Mark takes the best elements from their fitness training and adds them into your training programs. Pad work is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as teaching you a few skills and techniques you may find useful!
Qualified and experienced martial arts and kettlebell instructor:
Mark has been a Kung Fu instructor since 2007 and also teaches Tai Chi and kickboxing, so has a wide range of disciplines to draw from to improve your fitness. As well as the kettlebell training he has done and personal training experince, you will have a well-rounded and greatly improved level of fitness after training with him.

If required, receive free training plans for you to stick to between PT sessions.
FREE 15 minute Tai Chi session after each PT session (this is optional):
A great way to unwind, stretch out and relax after a PT session is to do some Tai Chi practice. Mark is an experienced Tai Chi instructor and has studied the art both in the UK and China. For more details on Tai Chi, check out the link at the top of this page.
The flat fee for personal training is £30 per hour (50% discount for the first session).
If you book 4 lessons in advance, the cost is £25 per hour.
