The Kickboxing classes are a great way to improve fitness and learn the skills and techniques of Chinese Kickboxing.
Whether you just want to get fit and have fun, or want to develop to a level where you can compete the lessons are suitable for you. The classes contain a good mix of fitness and conditioning work before going on to work on Chinese Kickboxing techniques and light sparring.
Chinese kickboxing differs slightly from the usual forms of Western Kickboxing in that takedowns are allowed. Therefore a wider variety of skills are needed.
In the WCA system, ground fighting is also included for students who wish to learn grappling skills.
