New for 2016!
As of Thursday 14th January, we’ll be starting a new kids and teens combined Kung Fu and Kickboxing class.
They will take place at The Alternative Healthcare, 70 Oathall Road, Haywards Heath from 4-5pm (term times only).
The classes will be fun filled and fast paced and great for self-defence and all aspects of of fitness and flexibility. The skills of kickboxing will be taught (but there will be no contact) alongside the discipline of Kung Fu.
