After the success of our first workshop, we are thrilled to be back with another educational and inspirational event – our last one of the year!

On November 17th, 2-4.30pm, at the Dolphin Leisure Centre in Haywards Heath, we will be exploring movements that we all make everyday – and we shall be deconstructing these movement patterns, helping you remain healthy and stronger in your everyday life.

Sitting – standing – walking – bending – lifting – twisting – reaching – carrying – squatting

Who is the workshop for?

These are all positions and movements we’ve ‘known’ and been doing since the day we were about knee high!

However, who can honestly say that they haven’t got into bad habits in at least some of these areas?

Quite often these bad habits result in niggling injuries, aches and pains – or worse, an accumulation of incorrect posture or movement could eventually cause more chronic conditions – as is witnessed in the amount of people with bad backs, frozen shoulders, knee damage, etc.

Do you suffer from aches and pains in your joints and want to learn ways to keep them healthy?

Do you feel as though your balance and posture could be better?

From walking with good posture, carrying shopping bags home from the supermarket, picking up children and grandchildren, working in your garden, reaching for items in your cupboards or on a shelf, sitting in a chair and standing back up again – we will help you reconnect with your body, mind, and breath – helping you live a healthier, stronger, and more mobile life – with renewed vigour and confidence!

Through our in-depth knowledge and experience – gained over a combined 30 years of training and teaching yoga, qigong, tai chi, martial arts, Crossfit, shiatsu, as well as psychology and mindset coaching – we are in a unique position to blend these health and healing traditions, from both the East and the West, to help keep you in optimal health.


The price of the workshop is £25 for the first 5 places and £30 for subsequent attendees. Payment in full is required to book your place (we do not reserve spaces without payment).
