5 Animals Qigong is one of the most popular, most beneficial, and most fun qigong forms to learn and practice. Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, Bird are the animals and each one has two corresponding qigong exercises.
The form is tremendous for relaxation, stretching, spine movement and flexibility, balance, leg strength, coordination, joint mobility…Each animal is linked to meridian pairs in Chinese Medicine.
Originating during the Han Dynasty (202 BCE – 220 CE), you could say it has stood the test of time!
This workshop will guide you through and teach you all 10 moves, you will have time to practice and refine the moves as you learn.
