This summer we are inviting children between the ages of 7* and 16 to join us for a one or two day White Crane Kung Fu Training Camp.
Over the two days the children will learn and practice lots of White Crane kung fu techniques and sequences, as well as Dog Style kung fu, which is kung fu performed on the ground.
It won’t be two days of intense, hard kung fu, however, becoming a martial artist is all about balance and the ‘hard’ style of kung fu will be balanced out with the children learning tai chi and relaxation techniques, as well as some basic Mandarin, and about Chinese culture and history. It is intended as a fun, active, and educational experience.
Children can be dropped off at 9am and picked up between 4-5pm, please provide a packed lunch and snacks/drinks for the day.
Places are limited to 15 and pre-booking is required, book asap to secure your place.
(*Children who already train in Mark’s kung fu classes who are 5 years old are welcome to join – please check with Mark before signing up).
