Based on the principles of yin and yang, the arts of tai chi and qigong aim to bring your health into balance, restore vitality, improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and coordination.

The graceful movements, integrated with deep breathing, can help improve an array of health conditions, and give you protection from illness and injury, making you more resilient and stronger both mentally and physically.

This 4 week course aims to give you a solid introduction to both qigong and tai chi, which you can then practice by yourself, or use as a base to further your practice by joining a regular weekly class.

In this course you will learn a relaxing qigong routine, which we will use as part of our warm up, as well as the opening 4 moves of the White Crane Tai Chi form. This makes up a ‘mini’ tai chi form in itself, which can also be added to in future classes/courses to learn the full sequence.

There are only 12 places available on the course and the price is £55.

Included in the cost is access to a website where you can view in depth videos of the tai chi moves you will be learning in class, to enable to you confidently practice at home between sessions.
