Learn the basics of meditation and how you can integrate this practice into your everyday life. The meditations will be a combination of breath awareness and visualisation.
They can be performed seated on a chair, yoga mat, laying down or even standing. (We have some matted space on the floor, as well as chairs but yoga mats, cushions and blankets are not provided).
The course is priced at just £25 for the entire course (£20 for WCA students) and you will also have access to online audio meditations for the 4 weeks.
