Qigong – Ba Duan Jin

Now is your chance to learn one of the most famous – and oldest – of all qigong forms “Eight Pieces of Brocade”

Designed as a form of medical qigong to improve health, records of it being practiced trace back to the Song dynasty.

Easy to learn, and suitable to practice anytime and almost anywhere, regular practice will increase the healthy flow of qi in the body, stimulate the meridians, strengthen the tendons and ligaments, increase the mobility of the joints, improve balance, and gently stretch the whole body.

Perfectly complimenting the practice of Ba Duan Jin is the practice of meditation, we will be exploring several forms of meditation – designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and also be very accessible to everyone at any time of day.
