Description
Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, Bird are the animals and each one has two corresponding qigong exercises. We will focus on one animal per week.
The form is tremendous for relaxation, stretching, spine movement and flexibility, balance, leg strength, coordination, joint mobility…and it is great fun to learn also.
Social distancing will be respected and only 5 people places are available on the course, to ensure that government guidelines are met.
