Thursday, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th March at 9.30am – 11am
King Edward Hall, Lindfield
This is a 4 week course for beginners to learn a short white crane tai chi form, as well as the Shibashi 1 qigong routine.
To accompany you as you learn the course, you will have access to a website where you can view online lessons to support what you have learnt in class each week.
The opening few moves of the tai chi form, ‘Frost and Sun White Crane Gentle Art’ make up a short form, which you will learn in the 4 week course.
Both tai chi and qigong are great for those who would like to learn a relaxing, flowing exercise routine – it is great for overall health, flexibility, balance, coordination, increases energy levels, eases stress and anxiety, helps with many health conditions, is like a moving meditation and great fun to practice and the classes a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends. WCA students are always very friendly!
The course will cater for all levels, from total beginners to those who have perhaps practised a little tai chi previously, or a different style.
It is also a great addition for those who maybe already practice yoga and Pilates, as well as for anyone returning to exercise after not training for a while, or recovering from injuries.
The cost of the 4 week course is £50.
Early booking is highly recommended as there are only 12 spaces available – numbers are kept low to ensure you get plenty of help and assistance in class.
THE FIRST 5 PEOPLE WHO BOOK ON THE COURSE RECEIVE AN EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF 10%
