This course is for any tai chi students who have completed the first 4 moves of the White Crane Tai Chi form.
For those who have completed one of our courses for beginners, it will lead you through the next 12 moves of the form.
Any WCA students who already know these moves are also invited to attend to help deepen your knowledge of the form, whilst making corrections on older moves.
Each week we will focus on 2 or 3 new moves, as well as revising and reviewing those which have already been learnt.
To enhance learning and remembering of the moves each week, you are encouraged to practice between sessions with video tutorials at White Crane Online.
(For the beginners’ course this is a free resource, for L2 courses and beyond there is a discounted subscription rate of £5 per month – please email your instructor for a subscription link).
After the course, you will be a quarter of the way through the whole form. The 12 moves which we will cover will help to greatly improve balance, coordination, deep breathing and relaxation, memory, flexibility and mobility, strength – particularly in the lower body… they are great fun – and a worthwhile challenge to learn!
The cost of the course is £50.
