With well over a decade of teaching martial arts classes and one-to-ones, I found that many people were interested in the fitness element and less so the martial content, so I started White Crane Academy Personal Training
I approach health and fitness as I do martial arts. It’s all about balance, good technique, and learning skills that will help you in your everyday life, not just whilst you are training. If these principles are adhered to, you will be amazed at your progress over the weeks, months, and years!
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to getting fit and healthy, and the evolving training plan that I put together with you will reflect that. The training can be as physically hard or as gentle as you need and will always be tailored towards your individual goals.
First and foremost, we need to find out what you enjoy and what will motivate you!
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from 4 years old to 105 – I’ve helped everyone from martial arts students and ultra distance runners to pensioners who have not exercised for decades, and clients recovering from surgery and injuries.
The sessions can take place at my studio or garden in central Haywards Heath, at your own home/garden, or in a park – depending on what you prefer (and the weather!)
Training plans to keep you active between our one-to-one sessions are included in the cost.
