July news update: new logo and lots of tai chi

Those with a keen eye will notice our fantastic new logo design courtesy of http://www.jennygills.com. Jenny has been working hard and coming up with some fantastic designs, it was really hard to choose one but I think we’ve got a perfect design and am excited to start a new evolution of WCA with a brand new makeover at the forefront. New changes are coming and I can’t wait to share them with you!

In July I will be in East Preston for a Tai Chi Masterclass from 2.30 – 3.30pm.We’ll be covering areas of training which we don’t always get a lot of time to do in class, including silk reeling, qi gong, partnered work and of course, working on Suang Yang. White Crane_Bird only

August sees the return of the ever popular Tai Chi Afternoons and I’m very very excited about this one. I think it will be the best yet! Shrouded in secrecy as yet – but those of you who have been in class will know that I’m going to teach a complete short tai chi form in the afternoon of the 22nd August in Haywards Heath…… you really won’t want to miss this one!
