Tai Chi/Qigong/Meditation – 7.30pm

Thursday
Tai Chi/Qigong/Meditation – 10am
Chinese Straight Sword – 7pm
Kung Fu/Kickboxing/Fitness – 7.30pm

Friday
Kung Fu/Kickboxing/Fitness – 10am

Saturday
Tai Chi/Qigong/Meditation – 10am
Tai Chi Cane (walking stick) – 10.30am
Kung Fu/Kickboxing/Fitness – 11am

Sunday
Kung Fu/Kickboxing/Fitness – 10am
Kung Fu Staff Basics Training – 10.30am
Tai Chi/Qigong/Meditation – 11am
