Where did January go!?
February is here already and with it, WCA’s birthday, a new Tiger Qigong move on White Crane Online to celebrate the Chinese New Year/Spring Festival, a weapons workshop, and an amended timetable for a few days whilst I am away for a few days.
14 Years of Classes
Not technically February but tomorrow marks 14 years since I taught my first class, a Kung Fu class (in Crawley)… a big thank you to everyone who has trained with me over the years.
Chinese New Year
Tuesday is the start of the year of the Tiger! For those of you who subscribe to to White Crane Online, check out the Tiger Qigong move online now. It’s great for stretching the spine, hamstrings, and improving balance.
Weapons Workshop
Our Feb weapons workshop is next weekend, Saturday afternoon 2-3.30pm at King Edward Hall in Lindfield. If you’re not doing weapons, you’re missing out! Join the workshop here, there are 5 places left.
Feb Amended Timetable
I will be away for a few days later in February.
Between Friday 18th and Friday 25th there are no classes – apart from Kickboxing on Monday 21st and Kung Fu on Wednesday 23rd (both of which will be with Mark T).
Hoodies / Sweatshirts
I’m going to put an order of hoodies and sweatshirts in very soon, if anyone wants one, please let me know. I tend to get these printed to order, rather than keeping them in stock.
